Our Membership Plan
Our Dental Membership Plan is an annual membership plan that allows individuals and families who don’t have dental insurance to receive quality dental care at a reduced cost. With our affordable membership plan you will no longer fear the unknown cost of dental care.
What’s Included?
Your plan includes two check-up exams annually, all necessary x-rays, two routine cleanings, and oral cancer screenings to support early detection and ongoing wellness. In addition, you’ll receive a 15% discount on basic services such as fluoride treatments, fillings, periodontal deep cleanings, and extractions, along with a 10% discount on major treatments including cosmetic procedures, crowns, implant crowns, bridges, root canals, and partials or dentures—making quality dental care more accessible and affordable.
Exclusions including but not limited to
- Some treatments that require being seen by a specialist, including some periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics
- Treatment and appliances to alter the bite
- Lost dentures or other removable appliances such as night guards, bleaching trays, aligners, or retainers
- Procedures or conditions under worker’s compensation
- The membership plan cannot be used as a supplement to dental insurance
- In-office dispensing of medications such as antibiotics, fluoride toothpastes, oral rinses
Initial membership starts the day you pay the membership fee and ends one day prior to the anniversary date. Membership is renewed each year on the anniversary date.
